标准就是规(gui)范(fan)，每个国家和(he)部门(men)都(dou)有(you)(you)自己的标准。目(mu)前，螺丝行(xing)业最常用到的标准有(you)(you)以下几种：

GB—中国(guo)国(guo)家标准（国(guo)标）ANSI—美国(guo)国(guo)家标准（美标）

DIN—德国国家(jia)标准(zhun)（德标）ASME—美(mei)国机械工程师协会标准(zhun)

JIS—日(ri)本(ben)国(guo)(guo)家(jia)标(biao)准（日(ri)标(biao)）BSW—英(ying)国(guo)(guo)国(guo)(guo)家(jia)标(biao)准

GB—国(guo)(guo)家标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)是我国(guo)(guo)众多标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)种(zhong)(zhong)，另(ling)外(wai)(wai)还有行(xing)业标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)、专业标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)和(he)部(bu)门标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)等(deng)(deng)(deng)。国(guo)(guo)家标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)又分：GB（强(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)性标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)）和(he)GB/T（推荐性标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)）以(yi)(yi)及GBn（国(guo)(guo)家内部(bu)标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)）等(deng)(deng)(deng)。我们平常看到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)像GB30，GB5783等(deng)(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)(deng)都是强(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)。以(yi)(yi)上几种(zhong)(zhong)标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun)除了(le)一(yi)(yi)些基本尺寸(cun)(cun)(cun)如头(tou)部(bu)对边、头(tou)部(bu)厚度等(deng)(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)以(yi)(yi)外(wai)(wai)，最主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)。GB、DIN、JIS等(deng)(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都有是以(yi)(yi)MM（毫米(mi)）为(wei)(wei)单(dan)(dan)位，统称(cheng)为(wei)(wei)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。另(ling)像ANSI、ASME等(deng)(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)为(wei)(wei)单(dan)(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)称(cheng)为(wei)(wei)美标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了(le)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)外(wai)(wai)还有一(yi)(yi)种(zhong)(zhong)BSW—英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)标(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)准(zhun),其(qi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也是以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)为(wei)(wei)单(dan)(dan)位，俗称(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是以(yi)(yi)MM（毫米(mi)）为(wei)(wei)单(dan)(dan)位，它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖(jian)角(jiao)为(wei)(wei)60度。美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都是以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)为(wei)(wei)单(dan)(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖(jian)角(jiao)也是60度，而英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖(jian)角(jiao)为(wei)(wei)55度。由(you)于计(ji)量单(dan)(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)，导致了(le)各种(zhong)(zhong)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)方法也不(bu)尽相同(tong)(tong)。例如像M16-2X60表(biao)示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具体意思是表(biao)示(shi)(shi)该螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)丝(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)称(cheng)直(zhi)径(jing)(jing)为(wei)(wei)16MM，牙距(ju)为(wei)(wei)2MM，长(zhang)(zhang)度为(wei)(wei)60MM，又如：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)纹(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)，他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具体意思是该螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)丝(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)称(cheng)直(zhi)径(jing)(jing)为(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)（一(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)=25.4MM），在(zai)一(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)上有20个牙，长(zhang)(zhang)度为(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)。另(ling)外(wai)(wai)要表(biao)示(shi)(shi)美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)丝(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)话(hua)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)会在(zai)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)丝(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后面加上UNC以(yi)(yi)及UNF，以(yi)(yi)此来区别是美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)粗(cu)牙或是美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)细牙。

在(zai)(zai)平时的内(nei)销业务中(zhong)，我们最常遇到(dao)的标(biao)准是GB（国(guo)标(biao)）和(he)DIN（德标(biao)）。在(zai)(zai)生产(chan)方面，主要会接触(chu)到(dao)以下几(ji)种标(biao)准：GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等。目前GB30（老国(guo)标(biao)）在(zai)(zai)标(biao)准书(shu)中(zhong)已被GB5783（新国(guo)标(biao)）所代替。GB52（老国(guo)标(biao)）在(zai)(zai)标(biao)准书(shu)中(zhong)已被GB6170（新国(guo)标(biao)）所代替。

在(zai)(zai)1986年(nian)，我们国家对(dui)(dui)(dui)标(biao)(biao)(biao)准件(jian)制定了新(xin)标(biao)(biao)(biao)准，在(zai)(zai)业务中(zhong)一般俗称为(wei)(wei)新(xin)标(biao)(biao)(biao)，使用最多的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780为(wei)(wei)六角头粗(cu)杆(gan)(gan)半(ban)牙螺(luo)丝(si)，其(qi)精(jing)度等(deng)级(ji)(ji)(ji)为(wei)(wei)C级(ji)(ji)(ji)产(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)，可(ke)用GB5782来代替（GB5782为(wei)(wei)六角头粗(cu)杆(gan)(gan)全牙螺(luo)丝(si)，其(qi)精(jing)度等(deng)到级(ji)(ji)(ji)为(wei)(wei)A级(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)(he)B级(ji)(ji)(ji)。）GB5781为(wei)(wei)六角头全牙螺(luo)丝(si)，精(jing)度等(deng)级(ji)(ji)(ji)为(wei)(wei)C级(ji)(ji)(ji)产(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。可(ke)用GB5783来代替（GB5783为(wei)(wei)六角头全牙螺(luo)丝(si)，其(qi)精(jing)度等(deng)级(ji)(ji)(ji)为(wei)(wei)A级(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)(he)B级(ji)(ji)(ji)）。GB5784为(wei)(wei)细(xi)杆(gan)(gan)半(ban)牙的(de)(de)(de)六角螺(luo)丝(si)。新(xin)标(biao)(biao)(biao)与老(lao)标(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)区(qu)别(bie)(bie)在(zai)(zai)于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系列(lie)(lie)的(de)(de)(de)产(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)，在(zai)(zai)对(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)宽度上有所区(qu)别(bie)(bie)。除M22系列(lie)(lie)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)产(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)外，新(xin)标(biao)(biao)(biao)产(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)头部(bu)对(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)比老(lao)标(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)要(yao)小1MM。分(fen)别(bie)(bie)为(wei)(wei)13、16、18、21MM，而M22系列(lie)(lie)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)产(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)，新(xin)标(biao)(biao)(biao)比老(lao)标(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)反而要(yao)大2MM，应(ying)特别(bie)(bie)注意(yi)。

对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)头(tou)(tou)(tou)部(bu)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)，新(xin)(xin)标(biao)(biao)和(he)(he)老(lao)标(biao)(biao)之间略有(you)(you)(you)差别(bie)(bie)(bie)，在要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)不(bu)是非常严(yan)格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)况下(xia)(xia)可以通用(yong)。新(xin)(xin)标(biao)(biao)与德(de)标(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)区(qu)别(bie)(bie)(bie)在于(yu)(yu)：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)产(chan)品规格(ge)(ge)，在对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)宽度(du)(du)上(shang)有(you)(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)差别(bie)(bie)(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)头(tou)(tou)(tou)部(bu)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)新(xin)(xin)标(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)德(de)标(biao)(biao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)1MM。而(er)M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)产(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)，其(qi)头(tou)(tou)(tou)部(bu)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)德(de)标(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)宽度(du)(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)大(da)2MM，其(qi)它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)均可通用(yong)。对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角螺(luo)帽(mao)，常用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)标(biao)(biao)准(zhun)有(you)(you)(you)：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934，对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)它们之间的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)区(qu)别(bie)(bie)(bie)有(you)(you)(you)：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)GB52、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934来的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)，俗称为(wei)(wei)(wei)厚(hou)(hou)螺(luo)帽(mao)。另外(wai)就是对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)区(qu)别(bie)(bie)(bie)，M8的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)系列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)都是13MM比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)14MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934与GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)为(wei)(wei)(wei)17MM，比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)大(da)1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)为(wei)(wei)(wei)19MM比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)18MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)大(da)1MM。对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)为(wei)(wei)(wei)22MM比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)21MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)大(da)1MM。另外(wai)就是M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)为(wei)(wei)(wei)32MM，比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)34MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)2MM。（GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172除(chu)了(le)其(qi)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)不(bu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)样外(wai)，对(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)边(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)宽度(du)(du)完(wan)全(quan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)样）其(qi)余(yu)规格(ge)(ge)在不(bu)考(kao)虑厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)况下(xia)(xia)，可以通用(yong)。在内(nei)(nei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角方面(mian)，国标(biao)(biao)中有(you)(you)(you)两(liang)个(ge)版本，一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)为(wei)(wei)(wei)GB70—76，76年(nian)版本，一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)为(wei)(wei)(wei)GB70—85
